SUM Hand-thrown Stoneware Espresso/Sake Mug

Handmade, wheel thrown stoneware mug suitable for espresso, double espresso, cortado, mocha, or sake. Each piece is made in my studio using a mix of two different clays that gives a unique tone. The outside has a greenish-blue glaze with cream tones on, while the inside is finished with a soft greenish-blue glaze. The mug has a comfortable handle and a smooth finish that fits well in the hand.
 
Since every mug is handmade, slight variations in size, color, or texture can occur, which makes each one unique. They are dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing to keep the colours looking fresh over time.
 
Available in 2oz (single shot espresso), 3oz (double shot espresso), and 4oz (cortado) sizes. Please note the mug is sold individually.
 
I also offer this mug without a handle and as a set with a matching saucer — please check the shop for these options.
 
All orders are carefully packed using only paper-based materials with no plastic.
